A little about our history

We have 20 years’ experience in IT, consisting of call-desk, operations, projects and IT infrastructure. As an Independent IT Consultant we have been involved in the design, implementation and support of various IT infrastructure projects including Technical Documentation, Processes, and Procedures.
We also have experience in project management on IT infrastructure projects.
We have extensive experience providing application support, including maintenance, periodical upgrades and general application related tasks in accordance with ITIL standards.
We have been involved in many deployments across various platforms and industries including the Financial and Airport Sector.
We have extensive experience in the deployment, upgrade and maintenance, of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019), (Windows XP, 7 and 10), Microsoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013, 2017, 2019) Microsoft Hyper V, VMware, SAN environments, NAS environments and VEEAM Backup and replication. This includes testing of new Software / Technologies; Technical Documentation and Planning of the IT Operations Budgets for a client.
We also have extensive experience in various hardware platforms, (Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Switches and Wi-Fi), providing the best solutions for our clients.
